The American College of Sports Medicine recommends that adults get 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise five times a week (or 20 minutes of vigorous cardio three days a week) at the very least. Our cardiovascular workout will strengthen your heart, tone your entire body, and you won’t have to deal with the physical toll of a high-impact workout.
