We will not be liable or responsible for any damages or injuries caused by use of the site (such as omissions or misstatements). As with any information on the World Wide Web, we do not guarantee any information, service, merchandise or hyper-links provided on or through the site.
If you are purchasing a Monthly Unlimited Membership or a Limited (4/8) Membership you are subject to the following terms:
• This membership will renew automatically every 30 days with an automatic charge to your credit card for the monthly fee.
• If you do not want it to renew, you must cancel in writing prior to your next billing cycle. If you are a member in Santa Barbara, CA, you must give 30 days notice to cancel your membership. If you are a member in Cedar Park, TX, you must give 2 weeks notice to cancel your membership.
• I can suspend my membership once per year for up to 30 days.
• I am accountable for the StarCycle cancellation policy at my studio and will either be charged a fee (Unlimited Membership) or lose a class (Limited Membership).
