When Erin Moone and I started StarCycle in 2013, we wanted to create a workout that was fun and effective, within a community that was supportive to everybody and for every body.

Americans aren't getting the recommended amount of daily physical activity. In fact, only about 5% of all adults participate in 30 minutes of physical activity each day.
