MEMBERSHIP TERMS
If you are purchasing a Monthly Unlimited Membership or a Limited (4/8) Membership you are subject to the following terms:
• This membership will renew automatically every 30 days with an automatic charge to your credit card for the monthly fee.
• If you do not want it to renew, you must cancel in writing prior to your next billing cycle. If you are a member in Santa Barbara, CA, you must give 30 days notice prior to the next billing cycle to cancel your membership. If you are a member in Cedar Park, TX, you must give 2 weeks notice to cancel your membership.
• I can suspend my membership once per year for up to 30 days.
• I am accountable for the StarCycle cancellation policy at my studio and will either be charged a fee (Unlimited Membership) or lose a class (Limited Membership).

Introduction: We respect consumers’ constitutional rights to privacy and data protection. This Privacy Policy explains how StarCycle Franchising, LLC, d.b.a. StarCycle (“we/us”) collects, uses and disclosures your personal information with respect to your use of our website, www.starcycleride.com.
