I' ve never taken a cycling class before. Can I take any StarCycle class?
YES ! StarCycle is for everybody and every body. We love all riders, whether you' re a beginner or advanced. We don' t offer classes at different levels, but our instructors are trained to offer alternate movements during class to accomodate all levels.
What is a StarCycle class like?
Great question. Prepare yourself to have a LOT of fun and get a great workout !StarCycle is a 45 minute indoor cycling experience. You’ll clip in to the bike using our cycling shoes (don’t worry-- an instructor or team member will help get you set up !) Lights go down, music goes up, and the instructor will cue you in moving your body to the beat. It’s like a dance party on the bike. No judgement, all about YOU feeling your BEST. StarCycle doesn’t do tracker boards or heart rate monitors, so you can truly clip in, check out, and RIDE.
What are the details of childcare?
StarCycle is unique in that we offer childcare during all of our classes ! Our founder was a mother of two young children when she set out to create StarCycle, and it was important to her that parents could come and enjoy a class without worrying about their children.
Each of our studios has a dedicated childcare space, and all childcare is craft-based. You won’t see us turning on a movie or giving kiddos iPads ! Your kids will be taken care of while you’re taking care of yourself.
