Donna has been part of the StarCycle community for a decade, starting as a rider at @starcyclelakeoswego before becoming an instructor seven years ago when @starcyclehappyvalley opened. She lives for the magic that happens when the lights go down, the music turns up, and the energy in the room becomes electric.

Her favorite sequence is always changing, but right now, she’s all about that moment when the beat drops to a killer push-up track! And if you’ve ever been in her class, you know jumps are a must! She loves sneaking them into a flush or a “going home” song.

If you ride at Happy Valley, you probably know Laura Premo—or just “Premo” as everyone calls her! She’s been part of the StarCycle family since the Happy Valley studio opened eight years ago, and for the past seven years, she’s been bringing the heat as an instructor.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Her absolute favorite move? Tapbacks. She loves getting lost in the beat (and shaking her booty while she’s at it!). If you’re in her class, expect to vibe to tracks like Without You (feat. Usher) by David Guetta, HUMBLE by Kendrick Lamar, and Shake That by Eminem.

Fun facts? Her mom, husband, and son all ride with her at StarCycle Happy Valley. When she’s not on the bike, you can find her belting out karaoke, dancing anywhere and everywhere, and absolutely crushing margaritas with chips & salsa. 🌮🍹
