FAQs

If I buy today, does StarCycle charge me today?

Yes, StarCycle will charge you for your first month when you sign up. That way, you'll be ready to go when we open! You will not be charged for your next month until the following month after opening.

When does the studio in Denver open?

We have a projected opening date of the first weekend in May!

Will you have other membership options after you open?

Other membership options will come later in the year (including smaller class packages.) Keep in mind that the Founding Membership pricing is the lowest pricing we will EVER offer, and you get 50% off your first month!

I'd like to try a class before I buy a membership. Can I have more details?

You can absolutely come try a class before you purchase a membership!! Check our website to see our class schedule when it goes live. Keep in mind we are only offering our Founding Membership to a limited number of people, so try to come to a class during our grand opening week!

I've never taken a cycling class before. Can I take any StarCycle class?

YES! StarCycle is for everybody and every body. We love all riders, whether you're a beginner or advanced. We don't offer classes at different levels, but our instructors are trained to offer alternate movements during class to accomodate all levels.

What is StarCycle Denver's cancellation policy if I want to cancel my membership?

If you purchase a Founding Membership, a 3 month commitment is required. After your 3 months if you choose to cancel, it's as easy as emailing denver@starcycleride.com.
