If I buy today, does StarCycle charge me today?

Yes, you will get charged for your first month right away. However, your membership will not begin until you have booked your first class after grand opening weekend. At that point your next charge date would be one month out.

When does the studio in Bend open?

We are working hard to open this year! While we do not have an exact opening date yet, please follow along on our social media account for updates on opening.

Will you have other membership options after you open?

Other membership options will come later in the year (including smaller class packages.) Keep in mind that the Founding Membership pricing is the lowest pricing.

You can absolutely come try a class before you purchase a membership!! Check our website to see our class schedule when it goes live. Keep in mind we are only offering our Founding Membership to a limited number of people, so try to come to a class during our grand opening week!

I've never taken a cycling class before. Can I take any StarCycle class?

YES! StarCycle is for everybody and every body. We love all riders, whether you're a beginner or advanced. We don't offer classes at different levels, but our instructors are trained to offer alternate movements during class to accomodate all levels.

What is StarCycle Bend's cancellation policy if I want to cancel my membership?

StarCycle Bend does not have a membership commitment. Please email bend@starcycleride.com to cancel your membership.
